Profile

Alex Whitworth has entered this classic yacht in every race since the 50th anniversary in 1994. In the gruelling 1998 Race, Berrimilla placed 1st in PHS Division and in 1999, finished 1st Overall on PHS in the Gosford – Lord Howe Island Race. 

Following the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, Alex plans to sail around the world to England and then compete in the 2005 Rolex Fastnet Race.
