Lahara competed in the 1951 and 1956 Hobart races finishing 2nd and 13th overall respectively. Under the ownership of Philip Asche she has started in the '94 and '95 Hobart retiring with gear damaging '94 and finishing a disappointing 14th in division last year. Best result to date has been a 3rd in division in the '95 Sydney Gold Coast Race.
