Invincible last went to Hobart in 1987 and finished 23rd in her division, and has done quite well over the years placing 4th overall in IOR in the '80 Melbourne Hobart Race, then going on to IMS racing, placing 1st in the '91 Maria Island Race and 1st in the offshore series trophy for '91–92. Clark himself has not done a Sydney Hobart before and is looking forward to his first go at it.
